  • Provide accurate and complete information

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Products & Pricing

We aim to display product information as accurately as possible, however:

  • Colors may vary due to screen settings
  • Product availability is not guaranteed
  • Descriptions may contain errors

Price may change without notice.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that: 

  • All submitted information is correct
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including due to pricing or inventory errors.

5. Promotion Policy

Bundle sets and already discounted items are not eligible for additional promo codes or discount stacking.

6. Payment

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.

KYRU WEAR Garment Trading L.L.C accepts Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED. Refund will be issued to the original mode of payment. 

For multi-currency transactions, the amount displayed and selected during checkout will be the exact amount charged and shown on the receipt.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are not guaranteed
  • Delays due to customs, couriers, or external factors are beyond our control.
  • Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information
  • Returned parcels due to incorrect information may incur additional fees

8. Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy, available on a separate page. Only items meeting policy conditions will be accepted.

All text, images, logos, designs, and content are the property of KYRU WEAR Garments Trading L.L.C. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is prohibited without written consent.

  • To disrupt Site functionality

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

We are not liable for:

KYRU WEAR Garments Trading L.L.C is not liable for loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Certain services (payments, shipping, etc.) are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for their actions or policies.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in UAE courts.
