Shipping Policy

UAE Shipping Fees

  • UAE Free Shipping

Estimated Delivery Time

  •  Dubai:1–2 working days
  • Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman: 1–3 working days
  • Other Emirates: 2–4 working days
  • Remote areas may take additional time.
  • Working days: Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM → processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM → processed the next working day.
  • You will receive a WhatsApp or SMS notification once your order is ready for delivery.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link once your order is handed over to our courier partner.

Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple parcels. Multiple charges may appear in the cardholder's bank statement if items are shipped separately. 

Cash on Delivery is available for UAE orders only.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for being available to receive COD orders at the provided delivery address.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.
  • If a Cash on Delivery order is refused, rejected, or delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the order may be cancelled.
  • Customers who refuse or reject a COD order once may have future orders restricted to prepaid payment methods only. Any future orders may require full prepayment before dispatch.
  • We reserve the right to limit or remove COD service at our discretion in cases of repeated failed deliveries or misuse of the service.

GCC Shipping (Outside UAE)

  • Include Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
  • Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. 
  • Customs duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. 

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, additional re-delivery fees may apply.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address
  • KYRU WEAR Garments Trading L.L.C is not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery information. 
  • Please check your parcel upon receipt, if damage is not reported immediately, KYRU WEAR Garments Trading L.L.C cannot be held responsible.
