Do you ship within the UAE?
Yes. We offer delivery across the United Arab Emirates.
Do you ship to GCC countries?
Yes. We currently ship to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
(GCC shipping excludes the UAE.)

What is your return & exchange policy?

UAE: We offer 7-day easy returns. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

GCC: At this time, GCC orders are not eligible for free returns. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.

Customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.
What happens if my delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customs issues?
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed contact, or customs-related issues, additional re-delivery or return fees may apply.
