KYRU WEAR – Refund & Exchange Policy (UAE)

We want you to love your KYRU WEAR pieces. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unperfumed
  • Free of stains, makeup marks, deodorant marks, or damage
  • Returned in original packaging with all tags attached
  • In resaleable condition

Additional notes:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers may use their own return shipping label; however, we strongly recommend a trackable method
  • KYRU WEAR Garments Trading L.L.C is not responsible for lost return parcels

All returns must be approved by our team before sending the item back.

2. Non-Returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Socks & underwear
  • Headbands and hair accessories
  • Sales or discounted items (Final Sale)
  • Any item worn, washed, damaged, stained, or without tags

Items received that do not meet the above standards will be sent back to the customer.

3. Exchanges

Exchange are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange conditions:

  • Exchanges are allowed for size only, subject to stock availability
  • Color or style changes are not permitted.
  • Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns
  • Stained, worn, or scented items will be rejected

Customer is responsible for the exchange shipping cost unless the item is defective.

4. Damaged or Unapproved Returns

Items returned damaged, soiled, missing tags, or submitted without prior approval will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Unapproved garments returned will not be processed. NO EXCEPTIONS.

5. Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.  

Once our team approves the defective claim:

  • A prepaid return label will be provided
  • The item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the label

Approved defective items may be refunded or exchanged depending on availability.

6. Refunds

Refunds are offered only for:

  • Wrong item received
  • Defective item
  • Order cancelled before shipment

Refund method:

  • Refunds will be returned to the original mode of payment
  • COD orders are refundable as store credit only, Valid for 30 days.
  • Processing time: 
    • 7-10 business days once item arrives at our warehouse
    • Bank processing may take an additional 7-15 business days

Shipping fees are not refundable.

7.  Return Shipping Cost

  • Customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping fees
  • If the item received is faulty or incorrect, KYRU WEAR Garments Trading L.L.C will cover the return cost. 

8. How to Request a Return or Exchange

All requests must be submitted through our return portal within 7 days of delivery.
